No. There are modifications for every exercise in P90X3. This means that just about anyone can start with this workout and take their time to advance as their body dictates. P90X3 is a terrific starting point for people of all fitness levels as long as you want amazing results and are up to the challenge.

How Long Are The Workouts? How Many Workouts Per Week?
Each P90X3 workout is only 30 minutes short. And you will work out 6 days a week.
Is There a Less Strenuous Program I Should Start With?
P90X3 has modifications for just about every move in the workout. This will allow you to workout comfortably at your own rate. However, even though there are modified moves, P90X3 is an advanced fitness program. If you think you’re not up to the challenge, you may want to start with a less intense program, such as Power 90. This will allow you to build your way up to the P90X family of workouts.
