Why Do We Pass On Things We Know We Shouldn’t
Something happened to me today that made me thing of the Shakeology guarantee. I have always wondered how people could possibly pass up the offer of a money back guarantee on a product that offers up so much value. I mean, if it doesn’t do everything it says, you send it back for a complete refund, even if the bag is empty. And if you order it on HD (monthly shipping which can be cancelled at any time) you don’t pay for shipping, so I always thought that people that pass up on it must be nuts! Then I had an experience today that made me think a little bit.
Practice What You Preach, Craig!!!
So I was looking at some things online this morning and I came across an ad that really intrigued me. It was pertaining to something I was interested in, so I decided to give it a look. After I clicked I was taken to a site where there was a very cool video, and the product that the ad was for seemed like it was really a great product and it looked like something that I would get a lot of use out of and benefit from. The whole time I was envisioning ways that this particular product could help me out and how I could use it to benefit me. It came down to the end and the guy was telling me what the product was really worth, and what he should sell it for (which are obviously astronomic numbers) and then he revealed the price of the product. It was a little high, and it kind of turned me off a little bit. Then he hit me with the guarantee…and that if I wasn’t completely satisfied with this product, I could send it back for a complete refund, no questions asked.
I thought about it for a little bit and carefully weighed my options. In the end, I decided that the price was a little bit too much and I wasn’t willing to risk it for this particular product, so I closed the window and went about my business. I started checking my emails, answering the flood I get daily about Beachbody. It was during this time that I started thinking of how many people pass up on the Shakeology guarantee and how I truly do not understand it. My jaw literally dropped when I made the connection and I started laughing at myself. Here I was, wondering how people in their right mind could pass up on a product with so much promise, if there is such a great guarantee attached to it…yet I had just done the same exact thing, without even realizing it. I passed up on that product that I was clearly excited about. I had sat through the entire video, started thinking of how I could use the product, and was even getting excited about it…yet in the end I closed the window. Why??
Is There a Moral?
I’m not quite sure why we do that. Look I know that some of you may be skeptical about the price tag of Shakeology, even with the great Shakeology guarantee and you know what… I can’t argue with you now that I’ve seen myself in action without even realizing it. But it makes me wonder…do you really know what you’re passing up? I mean…you know the benefits of Shakeology, you have seen the countless testimonials, read the comparison charts, watched the videos…so if there is a shadow of a doubt in your mind, the Shakeology guarantee should take care of it, right? Well I am asking you to let it! I’m asking you to not close the window and give it a try. Rent Shakeology for 30 days. It could possibly change your life. At the very least…you can say you gave it a try and not have to wonder if it would have worked for you. So I encourage you…go ahead…place your order today on HD (so you don’t have to pay shipping) and let’s get you started!
By the way…I went back and ordered that product myself!!!
