1. I dont know if im suppose to use the recovery drink this way but i suffer from chronic headaches and some times the meds for that leave me feeling very worn down and when i get like that, I just mix up a recovery drink and it really helps to pick me up some and get rid of that worn down feeling! I cant workout on those days but at least I can get up and do other things rather then being stuck on the sofa or in bed all day! We always have a few tubs in our pantry as it is a well liked product in my household! 🙂 Oh btw, i also use it after my workouts 🙂

  2. So I love this drink, but being a woman of 120 lbs, I only drink half a serving and only on really hard workout days. BTW, I love the taste & it’s so refreshing after a hard workout.
