The Onnit TPC Night Pack is something that I wasn’t used to when I first started. I always thought that vitamin packs were something that you took in the morning to get going with your day. It had never occurred to me to have a vitamin or supplement pack at night to help my body while I slept. After taking it and having been on it for a while now, I can definitely see the benefits. My mood is completely changed. I’m not as much of a bear to deal with as I may have been in the past when I wake up in the morning. I have been able to stay relatively healthy even though I have two little ones who are walking germ carriers that constantly get sick and do everything they can to pass it on to their mother and myself. Even when I did get a cold, it wasn’t my typical knockout whopper of a cold that takes me out of the game for days. I was able to break through and still be more productive than ever. So let’s take a look at exactly what is in the Onnit TPC Night Pack.
The first component of the Onnit TPC Night Pack that I truly love is New Mood. This is something I used to take individually because, to be honest, it intrigued the hell out of me. I’m not necessarily saying I’m a natural asshole of a person, but there are days when I can be a little bit of a curmudgeon. So when I heard about New Mood I figured I had to give it a try. So according to the Onnit Total Primate Care site, New Mood “sets you up for a peaceful rest with our serotonin supporting and daily stress nutrients.” If you’re unfamiliar, serotonin is a vital neurotransmitter (Definition: a chemical substance that is released at the end of a nerve fiber by the arrival of a nerve impulse and, by diffusing across the synapse or junction, causes the transfer of the impulse to another nerve fiber, a muscle fiber, or some other structure.) that is linked to happiness, mood, and positivity. The thing is, you can’t just take serotonin supplements. It can’t cross the blood-brain barrier on its own so it has to be produced naturally in the body. New Mood actually increases the natural production of serotonin in your body so you get the full effect of it. I have never had consistently better days than when I have started taking New Mood. I’m still myself, it’s not like I’m drugged or anything. I’m still a sarcastic ball-buster. But I have a more positive outlook on everything. Immediately upon waking up. And that has been amazing for myself and my family!
The next ingredient in the Total Primate Care Night Pack is ViruTech. This is another one that I didn’t think was going to affect me as much. I used to take vitamin C pills all the time to support my immune system, thinking that was enough to make a difference. ViruTech is so much more than vitamin C that it’s almost laughable thinking back on those days. L-Lysine, which is an essential amino acid, is the foundation of Vitality Blend alongside Vitamin C. The other ingredients that combine to make this ridiculously powerful immune booster is Quercetin and Alpha Lipoic Acid, which are two of the more potent flavonoids that work within the body to extinguish free radicals. In other words, ViruTech is one of the best daily supplements you will ever put into your body to boost your immune system and keep you healthy. I thought this was all poppycock until I looked at myself one day and realized my girls and wife have been sick 3 times and I hadn’t even gotten a sniffle.
The other component to Onnit Night Packs is Key Minerals. This one is pretty self-explanatory, but in case you’re a newbie, I’ll go into it a little bit. We all know that minerals are absolutely essential nutrients that are actually requirements for us to go on a work properly as human beings. Our bodies cannot produce these minerals by itself, so we have to rely on food sources to give us our mineral nutrition. Well let’s face it, a lot of us don’t consume food sources that are very nutritious, now do we? And even if we do, we can always use more of these essential minerals. That’s where Key Minerals comes in. This little guy has everything you need, including Calcium, Magnesium, Iodine, and Molybdenum.
So there you have it. These are what separate the Onnit TPC Night Pack from the Onnit Day Packs. Stay Tuned for more when I get into the Total Primate Care Side Effects.
