I have been looking forward to doing the Les Mills Pump Workout ever since it came out. Unfortunately I was not able to do any kind of working out or exercise for quite some time, but I am happy to be back and ready to get back on track towards my fitness goals. The reason why I was looking forward to the Les Mills Pump Workout so much was because it really reminded me of when I was an athlete in high school and college and the type of training that was effective for me during the off season. Les Mills PUMP Workout – Overview

I have already started my Les Mills Pump Workout and I can’t get enough! I think it’s a combination of me not being able to do anything for over 6 months and the fact that the program is really that good! I can’t wait to update you all on my progress and let you know how it’s going!
