Fitness Challenge Day 8 Workouts | Time To Step It Up!

The start of the second week of my personal fitness challenge. Todays workouts were Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance and P90X Chest and Back. Very intense!

Sometimes you don’t really feel like giving it your all until you start your workout and get back into that zone. That’s what happened to me today…which makes me realize I’m glad I didn’t flow it off because I wasn’t feeling it!
