Listen…I get it. You have all been bombarded with commercials and advertisements that boast that they have the best home workouts. And why is that? Well the rate of obesity is climbing, reaching epidemic proportions. The fitness industry is a virtual goldmine with people spending in the billions on health club memberships, equipment, diet plans, magic pills…you name it. People want a solution. They want results. And the sad fact of the matter is that most people want results without having to work for it. It has become the society we live in today. That is how we got so fat in the first place! We want everything right now….forget that what we put into our system has zero nutritional value. We want it now! When we finally wake up to the fact that it seems like we’re looking into a funhouse mirror because we’ve somehow turned into an oblate spheroid, we want results immediately. Gone is the attitude of hard work and dedication to get the body we want. Some people still realize that the one true way to lose weight and keep it off is by good exercise and good nutrition. Those are the people that I want to talk to about the best home workouts available (no TV commercial pitch). The rest of you….feel free to stop reading at this point!
Why Do I Need the Best Home Workouts?
You may be asking why you even need help from the best home workouts available. If you are then you clearly did not read the invitation to stop reading in the last paragraph because I am going to talk about some of the ridiculous things that we fall for to help lose weight. And some of you may have fallen! See…as a society we are constantly looking for the next best thing that will transform us into models overnight. Just look at the TV commercials for weight loss. Pills that promise to target “stubborn belly fat.” Really? Come on! Even if there were pills that could target and burn fat cells with no diet or exercise…these are pretty smart pills to be able to target specific fat cells! Dr approved injections of what is actually a pregnancy hormone that restricts you to a 500 calorie a day diet. Use common sense people…if you cut your calories to 500 a day…don’t you think you might lose weight? Is that necessarily safe? Absolutely not! But of course you’re going to lose weight if you starve yourself!!! But what happens when you stop doping yourself up with pregnancy hormones (it is really interesting that guys do this too!)? I will put odds down that you balloon up like a float at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade! And what about the neat little toy weights that jiggle all over the place and work every muscle in your body. I love those commercials! And people eat it right up. That sounds legit, right? I mean…just jiggle a weight over
your head and get the equivalent of a two hour workout in 5 minutes! All because it fires up muscle fibers and….blah blah blah. We can’t be that naïve can we? Apparently so because people actually fall for this stuff. It absolutely baffles me! I think my all time favorite commercial though…the one that really gets me laughing is the one where you put an oversized rubber band-girdle type thing around your waist and it automatically shrinks you down to size. It puts everything into the right place! HAHAHAHAHA! Have you seen this? And people buy it! Where do you suppose all the extra stuff goes that your squeezing away from site? How comfortable do you think that is? Ever worn a tight pair of socks and it just felt uncomfortable all day? Imagine that feeling around your midsection! That also raises another question…what happens when you surprise whoever you’re trying to impress with that figure with the real you? What do you say when you finally unveil it ALL? That’s gotta be extremely awkward!

So I’m sorry if I offended you in the last paragraph. If I did, chances are you may have fallen for one of those gimmicks in the past, but hopefully you’re still with me because you really want to know what the best home workouts available are. As you know I am a big believer in the Beachbody system. You can probably tell that I’m not about the fake solutions. I would not promote something that I didn’t absolutely know for a fact works. And how do I know? Because it worked for me…and still continues to! I am a product of the product. Beachbody has the best home workouts available. Bar none. They have the best solution available because they incorporate everything. Fitness, nutrition, peer support, and financial rewards for motivation. The whole enchilada in one spot. You can’t get all those in a gym. You can’t get them all with a diet plan. There is only one place that has them all and it’s Beachbody. That is why they have the best home workouts! I travel a lot for my job, so this is great information.
So many people join a gym and then don’t end up going. Doing something like this is great!
I’m glad they Beachbody has great home workouts. I like how you get the total package with nutrition, the workout and accountability. You can’t beat that and I can also just roll out of bed throw on my workout gear and just head straight to the garage for my workout! You cant beat that!
I like working out at home for a number of reasons, mainly because I’m a mom with a tight schedule. Beachbody gives me the opportunity to fit in a quick and Turbocharged workout, regardless of my time contstraints.
I love working out at home. I save so much time by not driving to the gym and back. Beachbody has intense workouts so I get better results in my own home.
