Here is my update on the Beachbody Ultimate Reset. It is day 13 for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. I have been amazed at what has taken place not only physically but emotionally as well. It really has been an amazing two weeks and I can’t wait to get started on the final phase and see what that brings. I have already learned so much and can’t wait to continue my education!
