What Beachbody Program Is Right For Me?

I am often asked which Beachbody program I recommend.  A lot of times people are intimidated by some of the Beachbody programs and it scares them away from choosing a home fitness program to help them achieve their goals.  Believe me…there is nothing to be intimidated about.  There are plenty of Beachbody programs for every fitness level!

Once you’ve decided that you want to begin your fitness transformation story by choosing one of the amazing Beachbody programs, we have to make sure we find the program that will be the best fit for you.  You first have to decide what fitness level you are at.  If you are just starting out on your fitness journey, and your fitness level is from 0-4, then I would recommend one of the less intense programs such as Power 90, Brazil Butt Lift, Turbo Jam, or Hip Hop Abs.  Another great Beachbody program to try out if you are just starting your fitness journey is Tai Cheng, which is an excellent, no impact program that is great for people who want to ease into their journey.

If your fitness level is a little more advanced, say from 5-8, then you may want to choose one of the Beachbody programs that are designed for people who have a little experience with their fitness and are ready for a little bit more intensity.  The Beachbody programs for this fitness level would be 10 Minute Trainer, Chalean Extreme, RevAbs, and Body Gospel.  These are intermediate programs and are great for people who are trying to get to the advanced fitness level.

For those who are ready to go full steam ahead and want to take off right away, then the Beachbody programs like P90X, P90X2, Insanity, TurboFire, Asylum, and Les Mills PUMP are the programs for you.  These Beachbody programs are for the more advanced levels of fitness and are extremely intense.  Whatever Beachbody program you choose, make sure it is something that you will be able to enjoy.  That is one of the biggest keys to having success with your workout.  It must be something that you look forward to and don’t think of as a workout.  The other option you have with Beachbody is the Ultimate Reset.  This 21 day cleanse (with no working out) is an excellent way to jump start your fitness journey and will give you results that you couldn’t imagine!
