For any of you that know me, you know that not only am I a weight loss and fitness coach, But I love MMA. I got into the sport in the early 2000’s, and am very glad it has grown in popularity. I am a true sports fanatic and I could (and have) watch Sportscenter all day and night. The thing that really frustrates me about the professional athletes of today is that a lot of the time we hear about the negative aspects of their lives. We hear about all of the things that make them horrible role models for our children. I wanted to take time today to highlight someone worthy of being a role model. Someone who is a real American hero. He is not my favorite fighter, but after watching this, I’ve got a TON of respect for him and can’t help but root for him. Check it out!
